ACI is Hiring Corporate Recruiters

Amadeus Capital Investments (ACI) is seeking corporate recruiters to join our team. We are a growing and successful vehicle acquisition company that serves clients nationwide. We are looking for innovative individuals that will contribute to our success by working daily to grow our team. This is an opportunity to be responsible for all recruitment activities in your assigned region.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Build applicant pool by researching and contacting community groups and attending networking events

    2. Distribute and present information regarding the opportunities and benefits available at ACI

    3. Determine applicant qualifications based on the organization’s criteria

    4. Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules with marketing/recruitment director for qualified candidates

    5. Contribute to organizatinal goals by completing additional projects as needed

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.  Valid driver’s license required.

Commissions starting at $500 – $1,500 for each transaction completed by your team.
